We think it likely that Fl Officer produced the drawing of the Beaufighter V1 F on the St George and Dragon Inn ceiling. The lettering probably relates to the weaponry carried on the Beaufighters.Z battery unrotated Up -3 protectiles. Solventless Cordite rockets (SC).The LQ probably relating to the geometry of the cordite rockets.
